(formerly known as Janet Alexandersson)
My work is centered around turning ownership into overflow.
Most systems are designed to contain value. I design them to extend it.
Ownership – whether of ideas, businesses, or collective structures – has the potential to generate far more than direct benefit. When designed intentionally, it creates overflow with value that reaches beyond you, your organization, or your immediate community.
My work sits at the intersection of ownership, structure, and impact. I focus on how what you own is:
• structured
• activated
• and allowed to scale beyond its point of origin
In business, this means turning intellectual property into revenue streams through licensing – without increasing operational burden or complexity.
You fully own what you create, and it works for you in ways that extend your reach, your income, and your impact.
In governance, it means designing systems that don’t just work internally, but create positive impact beyond their boundaries.
Through greater good governance, I help build structures that are not only sustainable for the people within them, but beneficial to the people, places, and systems around them.
Different domains. Same principle:
Ownership becomes most powerful when it is designed to create overflow.
I work with founders, builders, and system designers who want to:
• create new revenue streams without adding friction
• design organizations that are both effective and responsible
• build systems that scale impact, not just output
If you’re building something that should extend beyond you – this is where we start.
