Hello, I'm Enya Lex
(formerly known as Janet Alexandersson)
My work is centered around collective human flourishing. I'm currently pouring all of my previous experiences and knowledge into building Governance Guild.
It all started, innocently as these things do, with a Time magazine subscription when I was 11. I wanted to see how everything was connected and understand the patterns of the world.
It put me on course to head to law school at 18 and eventually earn a dual master's in human rights and legal philosophy. This was it, right? Nope. The straight path ended there. Human rights in practice turned out to be politics.
I turned to traditional legal work – family law, civil litigation, head of marketing for a legal publishing house – and then my 30s kicked in and I realized entrepreneurship was what I was actually looking for.
I turned my law firm side business into my full-time pursuit and practiced business law for a decade and a half while filling up my heart and soul with the side projects my 11-year-old self dreamt of: the essay collection How to Save Humanity (2015), the Meta Observer frameworks (2019), Delphi Cards (2020), and Opus Mastery (2024).
In 2025, I finally stopped beating around the bush and went all in on Governance Guild – I'm now spending my time creating tools and frameworks for practical utopia-building through greater good governance. My verse (or sonnet, even) to contribute.
